YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  A Heat Advisory is in effect today for Northwest Kansas and Southwest Nebraska, where another day of triple digit temperatures and heat indices will increase the risk of heat related illnesses and place additional stress on livestock and pets.  Severe storms are possible this afternoon and evening, mainly in eastern Colorado and nearby Kansas and Nebraska border counties between 3 PM and 11 PM MDT. Localized wind gusts up to 75 mph are the main threat. A few instances of quarter size hail, locally heavy rainfall and nuisance flooding are also possible.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY...
