Severe storms are possible across the entire area this afternoon and evening, mainly between 3 PM and 10 PM MDT. 2 inch hail, 70 mph wind gusts, a few tornadoes, blowing dust and localized flash flooding are all possible. These storms may pose a significant risk to life and property. Outdoor events are especially vulnerable. Additional thunderstorms may develop over portions of northwest Kansas and southwest Nebraska late tonight and early Sunday morning.
