Storms will develop once again Tuesday afternoon and continue into the evening. There is a slight risk for severe storms in Colorado and a marginal risk in Kansas and Nebraska. Wind and hail will be the primary hazards for initial storms in Colorado, transitioning to more of a wind threat as storms congeal in Kansas and Colorado in the evening.
