WASHINGTON COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

  This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight  Scattered thunderstorms are expected in the mountains this afternoon, mainly over the Front Range. With the air mass drying, the threat of burn area flash flooding is limited.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday  All week, scattered afternoon and evening showers and storms in the mountains and foothills will pose at least a limited threat of burn area flash flooding. Storms will be more isolated over the adjacent plains until Thursday or Friday, when scattered storms will cover most of the lower elevations as well. There is at least a limited chance for flash flooding over the burn areas those days with a chance for an elevated threat.  ...SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight.
