A High Wind Warning remains in effect through 3 PM MDT this afternoon, mainly along and north of Highway 40.  Strong northwesterly winds will foster near critical fire weather conditions across the entire Tri-State area this afternoon.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY...
