A few thunderstorms may develop late this afternoon and early this evening. An isolated severe storm is possible, mainly north of Interstate 70 between 4 PM and 9 PM MDT. Large hail and wind gusts up to 65 mph are the primary hazards. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH THURSDAY... Patchy fog is possible around sunrise for areas along and north of Highway 36. Be prepared for sudden reductions in visibility if driving. A developing low pressure system in Colorado will intensify over Kansas and Nebraska on Friday, bringing a variety of hazardous weather to the Tri-State area. Critical fire weather conditions are possible across a limited portion of the area Friday afternoon, mainly south and west of Goodland. Severe thunderstorms are possible over much of the area Friday afternoon, mainly east of the Colorado border.
