A few thunderstorms may develop east of Highway 83 late this afternoon and evening. An isolated severe thunderstorm cannot be ruled out, mainly along and east of Highway 283. Areas of fog will develop this evening and overnight. Visibility may be reduced to less than a mile at times. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH THURSDAY... A High Wind Warning is in effect for the entire Tri-State area on Friday. A Red Flag Warning is in effect for portions of the area on Friday, mainly along and west of a line extending northeastward from Tribune to Colby and McCook. There is also a Slight to Enhanced Risk of severe thunderstorms late Friday afternoon through Friday night, mainly along and east of the Colorado border.
