 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT... A Red Flag Warning and Fire Weather Watch are in effect, mainly along and north of Interstate 70 tomorrow.
