YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  No hazardous weather is expected at this time.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY...  A Red Flag Warning is in effect from 11 AM MDT /NOON CDT/ to 7 PM MDT /8 PM CDT/ Thursday for wind and low relative humidity. Winds will be west 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph. Relative humidity will be as low as 10 percent. Impacts include unpredictable fire behavior. Any fires that develop may rapidly grow and spread out of control.  Critical fire weather conditions will be possible on Friday in northeast Colorado. Westerly winds will gust up to 45 mph and relative humidity will be as low as 15%. Any fires that develop may rapidly grow and spread out of control.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation is not expected today or tonight.
