YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT...  There is a 20 to 30% chance for a snow squall to develop in northeastern Colorado this afternoon and evening, mainly in Yuma and Kit Carson counties between 3 PM and 9 PM MST. 1 to 3 inches of accumulating snow, northerly wind gusts up to 35 mph and significant reductions in visibility (below 1 mile) with blowing snow may result in locally treacherous travel conditions.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH FRIDAY...
