YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  There is a 20 to 30% chance for a snow squall to develop in northeastern Colorado this afternoon and evening, mainly in Yuma and Kit Carson counties between 3 PM and 10 PM MST. 1 to 3 inches of accumulating snow, northerly wind gusts up to 35 mph and significant reductions in visibility (below 1 mile) with blowing snow may create locally dangerous travel conditions.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY...  No hazardous weather is expected at this time.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotters are encouraged to report significant weather conditions.
