A Red Flag Warning is in effect from 11 AM MST /noon CST/ this morning to 7 PM MST /8 PM CST/ this evening for wind and low relative humidity.     * WINDS...Northwest 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55 mph.     * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 17 percent.     * IMPACTS...Unpredictable fire behavior. Any fires that develop      may rapidly grow and spread out of control.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY...
