 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT...  No hazardous weather is expected at this time.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY...  There is a 20 to 30% chance blowing dust reduces visibility to less than 1 mile and reduces air quality Wednesday afternoon for the Tri- State area as winds gust up around 40 to 50 MPH.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
