 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  Wind chill readings as low as 24 below zero are expected through sunrise this morning. Frostbite and hypothermia can result if not dressed appropriately. A Cold Weather Advisory remains in effect for the entire Tri-State Area until 11 AM MST. The recent string of bitterly cold weather will end this afternoon.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY...
