An Arctic airmass will enter the region late tonight, bringing wind chill readings as cold as 10 to 20 below zero to the majority of the area by sunrise Friday morning. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY... Accumulating snow may create hazardous travel conditions Friday afternoon through Saturday evening. Bitter cold wind chill readings ranging from 10 to 20 below zero are expected Friday morning through mid-day Sunday. Frostbite and hypothermia are possible in less than 30 minutes if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures. Wet and bitter cold conditions will also pose a risk to livestock. Young or smaller animals are at greatest risk for frostbite and hypothermia. Make sure outdoor animals have a warm, dry shelter, food and unfrozen water. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
