 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT...  No hazardous weather is expected at this time.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY...  Hazardous travel conditions associated with 1 to 3 inches of accumulating snow, breezy north winds gusting to 45 mph, and blowing snow are possible across portions of the area Thursday evening through Friday evening. At this time, areas along and south of Interstate 70 and west of highway 25 appear to be most at risk.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation is not expected today or tonight.
