Winds may lead to blowing dust reducing air quality and visibility to less than one mile at times as well. Rapid fire growth will also be possible Monday across the entire area; critical fire weather conditions are forecast across eastern Colorado where humidity values will be lowest, resulting in the issuance of a Fire Weather Watch. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
