YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT...  A Heat Advisory is in effect this afternoon along and east of a line from Hoxie, Kansas, to Trenton, Nebraska. Air temperatures and heat indices of between 103 and 107 will result in major heat impacts for anyone without proper cooling and hydration.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY...  The Heat Advisory continues along and east of a line from Hoxie, Kansas, to Trenton, Nebraska, on Monday. Once again, air temperatures and heat indices of between 103 and 107 are expected.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation is not expected.
