A Cold Weather Advisory remains in effect for the entire Tri-State area Thursday morning due to wind chill readings as low as 24 degrees below zero. Light snow will be possible across the area Friday night and Saturday. Arctic air will also return over the weekend with wind chills as low as 10 to 15 below Saturday night. Another round of snow will be possible Monday night and Tuesday. Very cold wind chills of 10 to 15 below will also be possible. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
