A Cold Weather Advisory is in effect for the entire Tri-State area Thursday morning for wind chills of 20 to 25 below. Light snow will be possible across the area Friday night and Saturday. Arctic air will also return over the weekend with wind chills as low as 10 to 15 below Saturday night. Another round of snow will be possible Monday night and Tuesday.
