YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TONIGHT...  No hazardous weather is expected at this time.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH MONDAY...  A Winter Storm Warning will be in effect for Tuesday evening to Wednesday evening for Rawlins, Decatur, Norton, Thomas, Sheridan, Graham, Logan, and Gove counties. A Winter Storm Watch remains in effect for the remainder of the area. 3 to 8 inches of snow accumulation is expected across most of the Tri-State area. The majority of accumulating snow will occur Tuesday night through Wednesday morning. Hazardous travel conditions are likely.  Dangerously cold wind chill temperatures as low as 15 degrees below zero are expected over much of the area Tuesday evening into Wednesday morning. Even colder wind chill readings, as low as 15 to 20 below zero, are expected Wednesday night into Thursday morning. Wind chill readings of this magnitude may quickly lead to frostbite and hypothermia in unprotected humans, pets, and livestock, especially during prolonged or repeated exposure.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
