 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  Freezing fog is likely this morning for locations generally west of Highway 27. Dense freezing fog is possible with visibilities as low as one quarter mile in spots. The freezing fog may deposit a light glaze on elevated surfaces and roadways, making for locally slick conditions.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY...  Dangerously cold wind chills approaching 15 degrees below zero are currently forecast along the Republican river valley Monday night through Tuesday morning.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
