 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TONIGHT...  Gusty north winds up to 40 mph will continue through this evening which will result in patchy blowing snow and minor visibility restrictions, mainly in open country. The wind will diminish after midnight.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH THURSDAY...  No hazardous weather is expected at this time.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
