A Cold Weather Advisory is in effect for Graham and Norton counties in northwest Kansas. Wind chill readings will drop as low as 16 below zero. West of these two counties, single numbers below to near 10 below zero.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SUNDAY...  A Cold Weather Advisory remains in effect for Graham and Norton counties in northwest Kansas through the mid morning hours. Wind chill readings will drop as low as 16 below zero. West of these two counties, single numbers below to near 10 below zero.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed.
