 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT...  Wind chill readings will approach 10 to 15 degrees below zero after midnight for portions of Graham and Norton counties.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SUNDAY...  Monday morning wind chills will fall to 15 degrees below zero for eastern parts of Norton and Graham counties.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed.
