YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  A period of near critical fire weather conditions will accompany a modest cold frontal passage this afternoon, as winds abruptly shift to the north at 25 to 35 mph while relative humidity readings bottom out around 20 percent.  Frost is possible early Friday morning, generally west of a line from McCook to Colby and Tribune, where temperatures may fall into the mid to upper 30s by sunrise.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY...  Frost is possible over much, or all, of the Tri-State area Saturday morning.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed.
