 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT...  No hazardous weather is expected at this time.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH MONDAY...  Widespread frost and freeze conditions are possible across the region Tuesday night into Wednesday morning as temperatures may drop into the upper 20s to the lower 30s.  Near critical to critical fire weather conditions are possible Wednesday and Thursday afternoons across the entire area.  Blowing dust is possible across the area Thursday afternoon and evening.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation is not expected today or tonight.
