 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TONIGHT...  Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SUNDAY...  A Red Flag Warning is in effect for Dundy, Hitchcock and Red Willow counties on Monday. Breezy north winds accompanying and following a dry cold frontal passage late Monday morning and Monday afternoon could result in dangerous and erratic fire behavior anywhere in the Tri-State area, should any fires be present.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
