 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT...  No hazardous weather is expected at this time.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH THURSDAY...  Near critical to locally critical fire weather conditions are possible Friday afternoon in eastern Colorado where breezy southerly winds and low humidity expected to develop.  Localized flooding concerns are possible this weekend as heavy rainfall from showers and thunderstorms are possible.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
