 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT...  No hazardous weather is expected at this time.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY...  There is a marginal risk for severe thunderstorms Thursday afternoon and evening east of Highway 83 in northwest Kansas. A cold front will be moving through the area and scattered storms are expected to develop. The main hazard will be strong wind gusts.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
