YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  Scattered thunderstorms may develop over portions of the area this afternoon. An isolated severe storm is possible, mainly south of Interstate 70 in western Kansas and north of Interstate 70 in eastern Colorado between 3 PM and 9 PM MDT. Quarter size hail and brief, localized wind gusts up to 65 mph appear to be the primary hazards.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY...  Late afternoon and evening thunderstorms may develop over a limited portion of the area on both Saturday and Sunday, mainly in eastern Colorado and adjacent Kansas border counties.
