YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TONIGHT...  No hazardous weather is expected at this time.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SUNDAY...  There is a threat for strong to potentially severe thunderstorms Monday afternoon through much of Monday night for locations generally south of a line from McCook to Flagler. The primary hazards are damaging wind gusts to 60 mph and hail up to one inch in diameter. With storm motions under 10 mph locally excessive rainfall is possible which may produce flooding of poor drainage and low lying areas.  Heat indices ranging from 100 to 103 degrees are expected along and east of a line from Oberlin to Colby and Tribune Monday afternoon.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed.
