YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT...  Smoke and haze from wildfires in Canada will impact locations generally west of Highway 25 from late this morning through mid evening. Visibility reductions are possible as well as poor air quality.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY...  Sunday and Monday heat index values will be around 100 degrees for locations over the eastern half of the Tri-State Area.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed.
