YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TONIGHT...  No hazardous weather is expected at this time.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH FRIDAY...  Saturday, a Fire Weather Watch remains in effect for Yuma, Kit Carson, and Cheyenne counties in Eastern Colorado. There is a chance for high fire danger and dangerous fire growth.  Saturday also has a chance for severe thunderstorms during the afternoon and evening hours. Storms could produce large hail, damaging wind gusts, and a tornado or two. The focus is for areas east of the Colorado border.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation is not expected tonight.
