YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  A Red Flag Warning has been issued for today from 9 AM to 7 PM MDT for the entire outlook area. Winds gusting 45 to 50 MPH and low relative humidity values will result in critical fire weather conditions across the area.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY...  Near critical fire weather conditions are forecast south of Interstate 70 Wednesday afternoon.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed for severe weather concerns. However, spotters are encouraged to report any wildfires to local law enforcement.
