 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  Areas of dense fog will be possible through this afternoon, especially in northeast Colorado.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY...  Near critical to critical fire weather conditions are possible Thursday and Friday. Thursday favors counties along and south of Interstate 70 and west of Highway 25. Friday favors counties along and south of Highway 40.  There is a chance for severe weather Thursday, mainly favoring counties along Highway 283.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
