YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  A Red Flag Warning is in effect for the Tri-State area. Southwest winds gusting up to 45 mph and minimum humidity values in the single digits will lead to prolonged critical fire weather conditions.  Blowing dust, mainly across northwest Kansas, could reduce visibilities this afternoon.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY...  A High Wind Watch has been issued for counties along the Colorado border and Wichita and Logan counties. Strong northwest winds, gusting around 65 mph may occur throughout the day Tuesday.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotters are encouraged to report any severe weather, including hail, strong winds, blowing dust, tornadoes, and storm damage.
