 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  A Red Flag Warning is in effect this afternoon for Red Willow, Norton and Graham counties for critical fire weather conditions.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY...  A prolonged period of near critical to critical fire weather conditions are anticipated for much if not all of the Tri-State area at some point each day from Friday through Wednesday.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
