YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  Dangerous fire weather conditions are expected across portions of the area today, mainly west of Highway 83, where a Red Flag Warning is in effect.  A High Wind Watch is in effect for the entire Tri-State area, beginning this evening.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY...  A High Wind Watch is in effect for the entire Tri-State area through Sunday afternoon.  A cold front will sweep eastward across the area on Saturday. A few thunderstorms may develop along the front in northwest Kansas and southwest Nebraska Saturday afternoon. A brief severe storm is possible. At this time, thunderstorm development, coverage and severe weather potential appear greatest over central and eastern portions of Kansas and Nebraska, generally east of Highway 283 and north of Highway 6.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
