 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  Scattered thunderstorms will rapidly develop over portions of northwest Kansas around 3-4 PM MDT / 4-5 PM CDT this afternoon. A few severe thunderstorms capable of producing large hail and damaging winds are possible, mainly east of Highway 25 between 3-7 PM MDT / 4-8 PM CDT.
