 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT... Near critical fire weather conditions are forecast Thursday afternoon across Yuma and northern Kit Carson counties.
