YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT...  A Red Flag Warning remains in effect for counties along and west of Highway 25 through the afternoon hours. Conditions today will allow for fires to ignite easier and be harder to control. Avoid burning and creating sparks.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY...  Near critical to critical fire weather conditions are forecast to affect most of the area tomorrow. A Fire Weather Watch has been issued for Wallace, Logan, Greeley, and Wichita counties from late morning through the afternoon hours. Extra caution is urged with fires or anything that can create sparks.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed. Please report any wildfires to local county dispatch.
