A Dense Fog Advisory is in effect for the entire Tri-State area. Visibilities of one quarter mile or less are anticipated at times. Fog, possibly dense, could return after midnight for Red Willow, Norton and Graham counties. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH MONDAY... Breezy to windy south to southwest winds are expected Tuesday night through Wednesday night. During the day Wednesday, wind gusts of 40 to 50 mph are expected.
