This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado. .DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT... A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect through early this evening for much of northwest Kansas and northeast Colorado. Light snow and blowing snow will result in visibility reductions to less than one mile with intermittent blizzard conditions possible. However, accumulating snow amounts will be less than one inch. A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for tonight for Graham and Norton counties in northwest Kansas. Light snow accumulations of 1 to 3 inches are expected along with the possibility of blowing snow. A Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect for tonight into Friday morning for the entire Tri State area. Wind chills of 15 below to around 20 below are expected. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH THURSDAY... A Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect for the entire area for Friday morning. A Wind Chill Warning is now in effect for the entire Tri State area from Friday night into next Tuesday morning. Wind chill readings of 25 below to 40 below are possible mainly at night, but could linger into the daytime hours each day.
