 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  Any snow that has melted during the day on area roadways, has turned into ice as temperatures have fallen below freezing. Hazardous travel conditions associated with black ice can be expected this evening through sunrise Friday morning.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH THURSDAY...  In areas that received significant snow accumulation, locally hazardous travel conditions associated with black ice can be expected during the late evening, overnight and early morning hours through New Year's Day.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed.
