This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado. .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT... A Blizzard Warning remains in effect for Cheyenne, Kit Carson, Yuma, Dundy, Hitchcock, Cheyenne, Sherman, Rawlins and Thomas county through tonight. Visibilities are expected to drop to a quarter of a mile or less at times. The remainder of the area is in a Winter Weather Advisory and could see visibility reduce to one to three miles at times. Snow and blowing snow continues across the entire area for the rest of today and tonight. Bands of heavier snow are forecasted to move through the blizzard warned area this afternoon. Be prepared for rapid changes in conditions. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH TUESDAY... Isolated snow showers and flurries continue Wednesday and into Thursday morning. However, additional snow amounts will be less one inch. Patchy blowing snow continues through Wednesday night due to gusty northwest winds. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
