YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT...  No hazardous weather is expected at this time.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH TUESDAY...  Areas of fog and freezing fog may develop late Wednesday night through Thursday morning for locations along and east of Highway 83 in southwest Nebraska and northwest Kansas.  A slow moving system will bring a chance of rain to the area on Saturday then rain and snow for Sunday and Monday. At this time, the best chances for wintry precipitation will occur in northeast Colorado on Sunday then the remainder of the area Sunday night through Monday. Light to moderate accumulations are currently anticipated. Breezy to windy northwest winds may also result in areas of blowing snow, especially in Colorado and west of Highway 25.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation is not expected today or tonight.
