 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  No hazardous weather is expected at this time.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH MONDAY...  Near-critical to locally critical fire weather conditions are expected for the southwestern portions of the Tri-State Area Tuesday afternoon. Relative humidity values will drop into the lower to mid teens, with southwest winds gusting up to 25 mph. Outdoor burning is not advised.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
