YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  A High Wind Warning remains in effect for the entire Tri-State area through the late morning hours; wind gusts up to 70 mph are possible especially east of Kansas Highway 25. Some blowing dust is possible especially near open or recently harvested fields from sunrise through the early afternoon.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH FRIDAY...  A Freeze Watch has been issued for Yuma, Kit Carson and Cheyenne counties in Colorado along with Greeley, Wallace, Sherman and Cheyenne counties in Kansas. A hard freeze is likely especially across east Colorado.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation is not anticipated.
