A late season outbreak of severe thunderstorms is expected across the Tri State area today. By early this afternoon, scattered thunderstorms will develop as a cold front moves through the area. Some of these storms will be capable of producing large hail, damaging winds and tornadoes. Storms will move out of the area by early this evening. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH TUESDAY... Patchy frost may develop Friday morning as temperatures drop into the middle 30s.
